friend Jacob Dundore, did on the third day of
April, A. D. 1855, prefer her petition to the
Honorable Alex. Jordan, President Jadge of
the Court of Common Pleas of said county,
praying that her onuses set forth therein, she
might be divorced from bonds of matrimony
entered into with you the suid Francis Bow
er, we do therefore command you, as before
we did, that yon be aud appear in your proper
persons before our Judges at Sunbury, at a
County Court of Common Pleas, therein
to be held tho first Monday of January next,
to answer the said petition or libel of tho
said Sarah Helen Bower, and show causo if
any you have why the said Sarah Heller
Bower, your wife, should not bo divorced
from the bondo of matrimony agreeably to
the act of Assembly in such case made and
provided. Hereof fail not.
