Trade and Industry, as their labors must necessarily be

ledge the same.

Great Central Fair appeal for contributions in MO EEY
to those of their fellow-citizens who do not propose
sending to the Fair the products of their skill and ludas.

the occasion of the Fairs held for the benefit of the Saul
t&y Commission in Cincinnati. Boston. and Brooklyn.
was derived from direct donations in CASH. and not
from the proceeds of the sale of Evticles exposed. What
the Sanitary Commission needs to afford relief to the sick
and wounded soldiers is money. in large amounts and
from all sources. We call, then, upon all bankers, cor
porations. capitalists, persons living upon incomes, pro
