net revenue for the last fiscal year was six times the
amount of the annual interest on these bonds.
The managers propose to extend them for a period of
twenty years, the holders retaining the bonds and the

whioh they are now held. Fresh sheets of coupons for
the interest, payable half-yearly, will be issued.
