A want to borrow the. sum of vuico for I

which they will pledge by mortgage (as recently au
thorised by an ant et tae legislature) the income,
chartered privileges, property, and perquisites of the
Company of every lied and description. Bonds will be
leaned in any sums not less than one hundred dollars,
with interest, payable ainni•annually, st a rate not ex
ceeding 10 per sent. -
The works of this Company, when completed, will be
one of the beet paying or the kind in the elate. They
are now finished and in nee a distance of nearly two
miles from the point it whist the water le eaten, and
within one and three fourth mile. of thi*nough of
