Section 1 Be it ordained ana enacted by the
city of Pittsburg, in Select and Common Coun
cils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and
enacted by the authority of the same. That
the grade of the west curb line of Wilmot street
from Halket street to Ward street be, and the
same is hereby established as follows, viz.: Be
ginning at the enrb line of Halket at an eleva
tion of 183 775-1,000 feet; thence falling at the
rate of 4 feet per 100 feet for a distance of S52
67-100 feet to the north curb line of Bates street,
at an elevation of 1G9 67-100 feet, thence level
for a distance of 32 46-100 feet to the south enrb
line of Bates street at an elevation of 169 67-100
Jeet, thence rising at the rate of 4 976-1,000 feet
per 100 feet for a distance of 519 1MU0 feet to

That the grade of tbe center lino of Emily
street from Craft avenue to Halket street, be
and the same is hereby established as follows,
viz.: Beginning at the east curb line of Craft
avenue at an elevation of 218 42-lOOfeet, thence
falling at the rate of 1 foot per 100 feet for a
distance of 334 2-10 feet to a point of curve at an
elevation of 214 48-100 feet, thence by a convex
vertical curve lor a distance of 100 feet at an
elevation of 211 48-100 feet; thence falling at
the rate of 5 feet per 100 feet f ot a distance of
404 5-10 feet, to the west curb line of Halket
street at an elevation of 191 25-100 feet.
