synchronized with an official time signal. But trying to synchronize
most watches can often be hit-or-miss. Time Command solves the
problem. It permits you to deactivate the second-counter. And then,
at the appropriate time signal, snap it into perfect synchronization.

most watches can be lost while changing settings for a new time zone.
