Anyone who wants to try out for the team should contact Torn Caccese or Dean McCallus before November 14. Last years team won the Winter Regional Tourna ment and participated in the State Invitational. Tournament held at University Park where they finished seventh. INTRAMURAL BASKETBALL Intramural basketball is in the limelight this term at Highacres. Eight teams submitted rosters to Mr. George Bobby at the be ginning of the term. Five weeks have passed and it looks like the Avengers are playing real serious ball. Their disciplined defense has allowed the opposition to score an average of only 23.8 points per game. I am not implying that the break-down between students and SIGA is entirely your fault, but you must accept some of the fault.
