Two important workshops dealing
with hearing loss will take place on
Nov. 15 and 16 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in
the McGarvey Commons. These two
workshops - one for professionals and the
other for people who are hard of hearing
and their families - provide
information about the effects of hearing
loss, along with strategies for preventing
or reducing communication problems
related to hearing loss. The event is open
to the public and all are welcome to

training to returning adult students on

Students will learn the basics of Windows XP and
Word XP. The class is for those who have little or no
experience with computers or software. Reservations
