This day was created to share the excitement of astronomy with people around the world, and usually occurs sometime between mid-April and mid-May, on a Saturday near or before the first quarter moon. Spring Concert Behrend’s Ultimate Praise and Gospel Choir will hold its Annual Spring Concert on April 13, at 7:30 p.m. in the Reed McGarvey Commons. Butterflies for Kids On Monday from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m., there will be a fundraiser to benefit Butterflies for Kids. Many organizations, including the Lion Ambassadors and RASO, will promote awareness and collect donations. This organization allows children with special needs to plant their own plant, go fish ing, and much more.
