    I Know What Boys Like....
There are some pros and cons in
dating a co-worker. There are also some
tips that aid in keeping out of trouble in
the presence of the girlfriend. A couple
things...don't involve others in your
disputes. This often times results in a
division between the men and women in
the office. You go from your girlfriend
thinking you are a jerk, to everyone of
the opposite sex thinking you are a jerk.
Also, don't try and pretend that you
aren't really a couple in the office,
because you both know you are, so it
leads to many awkward moments.
If you try to give your girlfriend rules
and policies that she must follow, It
won't go over well. And although the
time spent together may be rewarding,
time in the office is never as good as
times outside of it. The influence of
other co-workers can be disastrous to a
relationship if there is the constant need
to prove who is in control of the rela
tionship. The advice here is to hide it as
best you can for as long as you can. It's
probably not the professional advice you
would receive on the matter, but for the
sake of yourself, your girlfriend and the
other co-workers, I strongly advise it.
Do you have a relationship question? If so, send it to Behrcolls@aol.cont and have
it answered by our relationship experts. Answers will be given in our features
advice column from a male and female point of view.

What A Girl Wants....
Hum, this is a tough one. To date or not
to date, that is the question. While the
main objective in college is to experience
as many things as possible, this may not
be one of them. There are many factors to
take into consideration.
How well do yOu really know the
person? Maybe not as well as you
thought. Sure you spend anywhere
between 5 and 8 hours a day with this
person, but all you are seeing is the 'work
personality.' What are they like outside of
this environment?
But that might be some of the appeal.
You really like the way the person you
know acts, so why not give them a shot?
Sure, it might not work out, and there is
always the possibility that it will make the
work environment weird and
uncomfortable if things don't work out.
There is also the fact that it might make
relations with others in the office weird.
In the end though, it's the experience
that counts. Go ahead and give it a try.
And every once in a while, you may find
the real thing in an environment where
you are more times than not, forced to act
more polite than you really are.
